Will I need planning permission?
In some cases, yes — especially for larger conversions or if your home is in a conservation area, listed, or has already been extended. We’ll let you know during our initial visit whether you need planning permission, and if so, we’ll guide you through the process or handle it for you.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, absolutely. All our work is backed by a 10-year warranty. We want you to feel confident that you’ve made a safe, long-term investment in your home.
Do you offer plumbing, electrics, and carpentry?
Yes, we do! Our team includes trusted professionals in every trade — so whether your project needs plumbing, rewiring, or bespoke carpentry, we’ll take care of it all under one roof.
How long will the work take?
Timelines depend on the type and size of the job. Kitchens can take 1–3 weeks, lofts and basements 4–8 weeks, and full house renovations vary more. We’ll give you a clear schedule before we start and stick to it.
Do I need to move out during the work?
Usually, no. For most projects, you can stay at home while we work. We’ll plan carefully to minimise disruption — and if the job is large, like a full renovation, we’ll discuss options with you ahead of time.
